Does my kitchen come flat packed?

No. At Kitchen Kraft, we make all our own cabinets in our own local factory, and they are delivered to you rigid built ready for installation.

What happens if I want to change my design after order?

We will provide a thorough full technical survey prior to processing your order, which means you are able to make changes with the surveyor.

Do I need to do anything to my old kitchen or look for other tradespeople?

No, we will look after everything. We will remove your existing kitchen, prepare for the new installation and provide all the other services we need, such as plumbers, plasters etc. You don’t have to worry about a thing, we provide the full service.

Do you sub-contract out the fitting?

No, we employ all their own installation teams, which means you get an excellent service from beginning to end.

How long after order will it take to get my kitchen?

From order to delivery takes three to six weeks on average.

How much will it cost?

We have a range of kitchens to suit all budgets.

Will I have to co-ordinate the fitting of my kitchen?

Kitchen Kraft employs an Installations Manager who co-ordinates the various fitting teams, which takes away the headache for you.

Do you use a particular brand of appliance?

Here at Kitchen Kraft we can supply all the major brands of appliances.

What guarantee do I get?

Our kitchen cabinets are guaranteed for life. Your appliances, taps etc. are covered by the relevant manufacturer guarantee, we will explain all this to you and you can always contact us in the future, no matter how long you’ve had your appliance.
