Our Process

The first step on your Kitchen Kraft journey is to visit our studio in Northwich, where you can browse an extensive range of kitchens and make an appointment to see one of our highly skilled designers to discuss your requirements and preferences.

Planning your new kitchen

If you are looking to update and refresh your existing kitchen we can start the design process for you, however if you are planning a new build house, or your kitchen is being altered due to an extension, we simply needs plans that are to scale to embark on the design process with you. It is beneficial to start to plan your kitchen as early as possible so that we can specify exact service requirements. These include gas, water and electricity and where these are to be located in your new kitchen according to its layout and we are happy to quote for any building or preparation work that you may require.

Whether your Kitchen Kraft designer visits you at home or sees your plans in our studio, this is a fact-finding exercise which will take about an hour. We will take dimensions and carry out a ‘Wish List’ which is a series of questions. This often focuses your thinking – you will probably know the answer to most of these questions straight away, but some may take further thought or research from you or your designer. Don’t be afraid to leave certain decisions up to your designer as they are the expert and with years of experience behind them they can make the right choice for you.

Once we have gathered the relevant information we will carefully plan your new kitchen and invite you to view our CAD designs of exactly what we propose for your space. This is based on your requests plus our designers’ knowledge and takes into consideration your room parameters such as doors, windows and dimensions.

Our Range

A design to suit you

During this second meeting we are often able to provide a quote for you for the proposed work being undertaken on your project. We will also provide you with options and alternatives to consider, for instance, we may produce a design and quotation using a laminate surface compared to a solid surface at, which time it is up to you which you prefer. This is a good opportunity to look at solutions and materials in more depth, with examples of many choices available on display for you to examine.

Moving forward from this point, you can consider our proposals or place your order for your new kitchen, which we can deliver on a supply only basis or as a fully-fitted & project-managed experience. Our experienced surveyors will visit you whichever route you choose to check everything in great detail before they order your new kitchen.

When you consider that this service is completely free of charge we’re sure you’ll agree that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

As most of our work comes from recommendations, we know you will be delighted, so book a consultation today.
